Ate alot today. 

Nursed every 1-2 hours last night but more quality feeds. Sweating a lot but mom was afraid of turning aircon higher would make Boom too cold or daddy sick.

Woke up at 7:30 and pooped. Had gio for breakfast, took a short nap.

Family went to Lena's parents' new house in D2. Boom behaved and people took turns carrying him. He would not sit in the car seat. Got home early, parents read love poetry for Boom and went to bed at 11, did not wait for count down. 

Can play happily by himself but would cry when mom leave the room, even just to go to the bathroom.

Nowadays had to change clothes for him many times a day because of starting solid BLW.

A day as usual. Boom did not have breakfast or lunch. Lunch time family went to Mrs Van Hung's house for lunch and visit new house. Boom was fussy in the afternoon before nap and bath. In the evening Ms Vy and Phuong Mai came over for dinner, we had hotpot. Ms Vy gave a cake so Boom ate fruits and cake. Was fussy when grandma held him because he did not see mommy. Was fussy in the evening. Went to bed very late at midnight. 

Separation anxiety

Since starting solids, he has been nursing more frequently but snacking.

29/12: mom's secondary school reunion

Spent the whole day at home. Boom was able to play by hinself on the bed many times. Still fussy to go to bed. Talks a lot. In the evening went to MOF cafe in Dist 1 to meet up with mon's secondary friends and teachers. Everyone adored Boom. 

 Behaved while eating breakfast and lunch. Went to bed late again at 11. 

Only hàd lunch and poopef 3 times. Total sleep time decreasing every day recently.

28/12: back to HCM

Spent the morning having buffet breakfast and rested a bit before going out for lunch then back to HCM. Daddy drove with mom and Mr Bang. Boom was fussy a bit so had to take him out of the car seat but eventually he fell asleep with the help of mom's handbag string to lick. Rested and ate dinner at home.  Pooped once in the evening. Was fussy in the evening, went to bed at 10.

27/12: boring day at the beach

Boring day at 5 star villa resort. Family had buffet breakfast. Boom sat in high chair and ate with everyone.

Overall boring day. Took a walk to thr beach but it was too sunny. Swimming pool too cold to swim. Boom played in the living room and bedroom and slept all day. Went out for lunch at local seafood restaurant and dinner at home.

Fussy in the evening and went to bed late again. 

Pooped 3 times: morning, noon, everning.

Took a 3 hour afternoon nap and had to wake him up for bath.

26/12: road trip to Ho Tram sanctuary

Whole family was exhausted so went to bed early and slept in. Boom's first time sleeping in mom's bedroom in SG.

Grandma Hang went to Long Hai first with Mrs Van, Mr Hung and Sao Bang. Boom and parents drove with grandpa Minh in our car. Boom slept the whole time on almost 3 hours car trip.

The villa was OK but boring. Swimming pool too cold so Boom took bath with daddy in the tub. We brought the highchair so Boom ate dinner with family. Was fussy in the evening. Went to bed lare at 11.

25/12: Boom's first flight

Mom couldn't sleep much because of preparing for the trip. Luckily Boom only nursed once in the middle of the night and once early morning.

Mom was too careful and packed too much stuff. 2 big suitcases.

Had an exhausting travel day. Boom did not cry during take off and landing but was fussy. Luckily he was sleeping both times. Had to carry him around the plane and carry him while siting. Both mom and dad exhausted. The landing was also bad, made us nauseaus. During mealtime on the plane he also nibbled some fruits and vegetables.

Did not sleep or nurse much the whole day so made up for it upon arrival at home in PMH.

Grandparents Hang and Minh miss Boom a loy. Grandma bought lots of things for Boom. Mom bought a highchair and inflateable bath tub for Boom to use.

Grandma Hang still insisted Boom try cereal for fear he is not getting enough to eat. Ms Hoa also boiled vegetable for Boom so he also sat and ate with family. 

Went to bed early.

24/12: xmas eve

Boom's last day with grandparent before they leave for Hoa Binh and Boom fly to SG. 

Tonight there is a party at TQT but parents decided to let Boom stay home because it will be long anf noisy and crowded and Boom will not enjoy it. Grandparents also want to play with Boom. Parents went and had some free time but misses Boom. Boom received lots of Christmas presents.

Parents had to pack till midnight and Boom also went to bed at midnight, very late.

Drank from bottle 3 times but little.

23/12: prepare for trip

Mom started preparing for SG trip. Boom spent time with grandparents. Mommy too busy and tired to write blog.

The apartment next door keeps drilling so every afternoon Boom and mommy had to move to Boom's room. 

Only pooped once but right during mealtime. Would lean his body to one side and start grunting. Shit very smelly.

22/12: grandpa Thai rocked Boom to sleep

21/12: parents' 2 year anniversary

Woke up to nurse twice. Woke up early at 6:30 to "rặn ị" and produced a big pôop like an adult. Make growling sounds and struggle for 15' each time he has to pass a stool.

Bottle fed a bit (nowadays each time he'll only drink 50ml), took a nap then a walk with mom and grandma. Grandpa refused to leave the house.

Took a short noon nap then pooped twice, had to take a bath. Then took a long afternoon nap. Mom and dad went out for dinner date. Boom stayed home with grandparents and Ms Tuong and drank from bottle for 80ml.

Went to bed at 9:30 but then woke up and played for more than an hour before sleeping again.

20/12: grandpa came

Allergy got better. Slept well but nursed every few hours. Woke up and pooped. Nowadays his poop are all sticky and super smelly.

Had a morning nap and went for a walk with family.  Had a long nursing session and noon nap. Pooped again. Can play by himself for awhile rolling around the bed or in the crib. 

 Took a walk in the afternoon with parents and grandma. Took a bath with daddy. Mommy made rau cau and fried bananas. In the evening grandpa Thai and uncle Tho came so family went to quan Ngon for dinner. Grandpa will stay for a few days. Boom had chao in the evening.

Went to bed at 9:30 but cried twice. Woke up at 11 and parents had to let him play for awhile before nursing back to sleep.

19/12: visit doctor for allergy

Ate every few hours at night. Mom had to change diaper every few hours just in case. Got up at 8. 

Daddy went to play golf and made Mom mad. Boom pooped 3 times, each with a small sticky poop. 

Had a 2 hour nap. This afternoon family had to bring Boom to doctor downstairs for allergy medicine. 

Had a afternoon catnap and evening short nap. Daddy gave Boom a bath. Boom is scared of water, but loves the ducks.

Boom enjoys licking the box of little books mommy TD gave for mom's bday.

18/12: wet the bed, allergy, solid poop

Although mom changed diaper in thr middle of the night, Boom slept in in the morning and wet the bed again. Last night was quite cold. He nursed every 2 hours! He was still sleeping soundly and woke up at 9:30 only because mom changed diaper. Had to give him a bath and changed bedsheets.

Because he nursed frequently but not properly, mom had leakage and engorgement and had to pump.

Suddenly had rashes all over his body and face, each time for 1 hour then díappear. Don't know if it's because of the vaccine or something he ate. 

In the evening finally pooped a small solid sticky poop still sticking to his ass.

Took a short morning nap, short noon nap, longer afternoon nap and short evening nap. Finally went to bed at 9:30.

17/12: 2nd day no poop, flu vaccination

Still sleeping in bed and nursing every few hours. Had vaccination in the clinic downstairs in the morning. Did not nap much at noon but ended up taking a very long nap in the afternoon so mom got to nap wih Boom.

Did not poop again today so this is the 2nd day hr did not poop. The first time it ever happened,

Went to bed early (compared to recent month) at 10.

16/12: Mrs Huyen's bday

Had a good day with 3 1.5 hour naps. Enjoyed meal times everytime.

Today is Mrs Huyen's birthday party. Mom and Mr Hoang Anh also got presents. Napped in the car on the way to TQT, woke up and fell asleep again. Did not enjoy the birthday party. Only wanted mom and dad, not other people to hold. Bite on corn, taro, cake. Had cake all over his face and nose. Fussy on the way home, mom had to hold in the car. Dis not nurse much at dinner so went home and played and finally had a long nursing session to fall asleep. Mom had a lot of leakage due to Boom not nursing. Did not pee the whole evening. Did not poop all day.

Today is very cold so Boom will get to snuggle with mom and dad,

Had an OK noon nap. Enjoyed listening to children's music. Rested his head on Ms Tuong's shoulder to listen to music. Can sit in the bouncer to rock back and forth for a while.

Had a long evening nap. Had durian for dinner, loved it. Fell asleep at 8:30 but woke up to play again.

Slept with parents and nursed every few hours again. Dad didn't change diaper early morning thinking he only peed and we were using a big diapers. Boom slept in with mommy and when he woke up, his diaper weighed 1kg and he wet the bed!!! 

This mornjng dad played with Boom and bottle fed him 50ml. Mom put up christmas decoration and made pumpkin soup.

Sat upright in the high chair for the first time and ate/lick coconut and cucumber. Spoon fed coconut drink and pumpkin soup.

Took only a short nap then woke up and had a gigantic poop (probably because of 2 days no poop). Nowadays he rarely poops at night, sometimes not even early in the morning.

Went for a walk with mom and dad, munch on some bread. Had a bath in the tub with daddy. Went to bed early at 9.

First time since he was born that he did not poop in one day!!!

Enjoy playing with some food while sitting  on someone's lap. Would eat the bib for ages. Loves things that rattles like plastic bag.

Boom hasn't slept in his crib for a long time. Now he needs the nipple whenever he is put down into bed.

Was able to sit up for a few seconds. Start to cry for food whenever he sees people eating. Today he held and ate watermelon and aspagarus.

Nowadays bath time for him is different. He can sit in the tub supported and use his hands to hold on to the tub, sometimes even wanting to stand up. So no need to hold his body floating. But he is too big to swim in the small tube.

He changed every day. Can do many funny and smart facial expressions. Especially biting his lips, looking up, grunting. His hand grip is also improving. He can kick very hard. His fingernails is always so sharp and grows very fast.

Today is mommy's birthday. Last night Boom slept in the bed anf nurse every couple hours but not concentrate and then fell asleep so make mommy's breast engorged. 

Ms Tuong bottle fed Boom for the first time.

Had good naps. Behaved well when family went for Korean BBQ. Daddy came home late and only bought a watch for himself. However only had a short evening nap and wentmto bed late at 11.

Whole family had a good night with 11 hours of sleep, except that Boom nursed every couple hours. He nowadays automatically look for the breast, he's spoiled into sleeping on the bed with parents.

Mom took Ms Tuong grocery shoppong so Boom stayed home with grandma. Had 2 morning naps, 1 noon nap and 1 late afternoon catnap.

After dinner parents went to buy flowers while Boom stayed home with grandma. Took a short evening cat nap and woke up again. Did not sleep until almost 11.

7/12: slept in, went to bed early

After dreamfeed mom put Boom into the crib but after awhile he cried again so had to bring to bed. Was kind of cold so he was warm betwen mom and dad. Kind of slept through the night until 5 but because he was in bed with parents. Slept in until almost 9.

Have a good day with a long noon nap. Went to bed early at 8 (amazing) so the whole family went to bed. Mommy was so scared he'll get up so had to leave him in bed and nurse evert couple hours.

6/12: Ms Tuong start working

Slept in the bed again but only woke up once at night. Mom's breast was full so pumped 300ml, daddy bottle fed Boom 60ml since he hasn't had the bottle in awhile. Had a long morning and noon nap so mom was able to nap with Boom.

In the afternoon went back to Tan Mai where Boom was made to pick up Ms Tuong. Had a regular evening at home. Dad gave Boom a bath to show Ms Tuong. Went to bed a little earlier at 10.

Eating has been back to normal with 3 hour interval lately.

5/12: xmas fair at Intercon

Was able to sleep in the crib for awhile. Got up to eat at 3, mom let Boom sleep in the bed because it was cold, then again at 4 and slept until morning.

Eating schedule better today, ate less frequent but longer. Had a 1.5 hour morning nap, 2.5 hour noon nap, cat nap in the car and cat nap rvening nap. 

Family went to Xmas fair at Intercontinental and ordered Hainanese chicken rice. Daddy gave Boom a bayj in the tube. 

Went to bed very late at 11.

Note:

Nowadays long r the days Boom slept from 7, 8PM. Usually gets up and play until 10, 11. 

Also rarely sleeps through the nifht or in his crib 

4/12: first time out for dinner in a restaurant, terrible sleep

Family went to eat out in Quan Ngon. Boom played happily in the stroller the whole time. Mom finger fed him some cream puffs.

Went to bed very late at almost 11 after 1 short evening nap.

Mom and dad fell asleep so Boom got to sleep in the bed. Looked for the breast at 12:20 and 3:30. Finally mom changed diapers and put him into the crib, was able to sleep until 6:30. Heard him poop during sleep but too tired and did not want to wake him up. Luckily it was a small poop.

Woke up and played with grandma, pooped then took another 1 hour nap. Did not nurse much so more than 6, 7 hours without sleep.

Took a long noon nap with 2 nursing sessions. Went for a walk and coffee at Highland with mom and grandma. Family ordered Thai takeaway. Boom sat in the highchair while family ate. Went to bed very late. Was fussy.

Had to bring him to bed and feed every few hours again. This morning he woke up to poop and dirtied the bed because of kicking his legs. 

Mom and grandma had to do lots of housework today such as laundry, drying, folding, dishwasher, watering plants, taking out trash. Luckily Boom nursed and took a short morning nap. Took a short noon nap then played then a longer afternoon nap. Went for a walk. After bath, took a short nap. Woke up, played then nursed and slept again. Fussy after an hour, mommy had to nurse again at 10:45 and fell asleep, letting Boom sleep on the bed.

Fussy bad night again. Keep crying so mom and dad had to comfort and brong to bed. Would nurse every 2 hours. Sometimes nurse a few minutes rhen fell asleep and then swing his body back for some more. Very annoying. He can now control and even find the breast on his own.

Ms B went home because her daugher was sick. Mom, grandma had to do housework and took Boom for a walk to but food at the fair. Dad gave Boom a bath. Dad went out for dinner with his friends so had to load dishwasher when he got home. Mom nursed Boom to sleep at 11. Was naughty and went to bed very late.

Terrible night. Daddy had to comfort until 2 for him to sleep. Mommy had to nurse every 2 hours. Finally transfered him to grandma at 6:30. Resumed the bottle today but only drank 50ml.

Went to the festival again with parents and grandma Ly. Fell asleep again. This time with the Safety 1st stroller because mom wanted to do a lot of shopping. Bought Boom a cute deer.

Only napped a bit at noon. Enjoys rolling over and playing by himself most times. Dad went to the driving range and came back late so Boom didn't get to swim in the tube this week. 

Went to bed late. Ate so many times.

Btw, yesterday's weighing Boom did not gain weight, still 8.4kg

Had a good day with a walk in the morning. Then went to the fair with mom and grandma. In the evening went for a car ride with parents and grandma Ly. Picked up his birth certificate and new clothes from TQT. 

Took shoet naps whenever in the stroller or car. Had a longer noon nap. Was still sleepy upon waking up.

Went to bed late and was fussy. Had to nurse and comfort many times.

27/11: thanksgiving, terrible sleep, missed anniversary

Today is Thanksgiving in the US. Everyone is celebrating. Mommy misses it. 

Also mom & dad's dating anniversary but we are still having cold war.

Terrible night. woke up twice, at one time took 1.5 hours to get back to sleep with mommy nursing, daddy comfort and pooing twice.

Had only short naps throughout the day making total sleep record low for the month. 

Eating schedule better today but very bad sucking, staying on the breast long without eating much. 

Went to Le hoi van hoa dan gian at the square with mom and grandma. Behaved well in the stroller but never smiles when going out.

Went to bed late again at 10.

Note:

Disco dancing. Kicking hands and legs and have fun by himself.

Can play by himself up to an hour. 

Smile sweetly all the time.

Slow in rolling over and other skills.

Playing with the niple.
