Woke up at 4 and pooped. After 2 diaper changes and feeding, slept until 7. Transfered to Ms Lan to change diaper (pooped), go for a walk, bottle feed 100ml then took a nap. Mr Ben Karamen came and took pictures for Boom. Boom behaved very well and even took a short nap to take some sleeping pictures but woke up shortly. Took more than 400 pictures but probably will only be able to use 10-20.

Did not eat much except for when eating. Took a few naps in the afternoon. Today it will be cold at night so had to change to long sleeve for Boom.

Mom heard Boom poop at 3:30 but he was still sleeping. At 4 he made noises so mom changed diaper. Started crying/ complaining so daddy comforted and mommy nursed. Continued sleeping. Put back to crib.

At 6 made noises again so daddy had to comfort and bring to bed. Woke up at 7, transfer to Ms Lan to go for a walk and bottle feed. Took a nap at 8:45.

Had a good day but did not eat much except while sleeping. Was fussy while sleeping in the evening and had to be comforted a fea times.

Terrible night sleep: 

After going to bed, Boom cried a few times and had to be comforted by daddy by turning over to the tummy and patting on the back. 

Mom put Boom to crib at 12:30 after dreamfeed but mom could not sleep for a long time. When mom was sleeping at 3, Boom started making noises although his eyes were still closed. Daddy let him roll around to sleep in the crib but on his tummy and pat to fall back asleep before flipping him back. Then at 4 he made noises again so mommy fed. He pooped so mommy changed diapers. Then he woke up so mommy had to feed again at 5. Finally fell at sleep at almost 6, 3 hours from time of making noise although eyes closed the whole time. Woke up at 7 and transfered to Ms Lan.

Today was a good day overall. But Boom poop a lot. Had a short morning nap, longer noon nap. No afternoon nap before bath but after bath combined afternoon and early eveninng nap into one long nap until almost 8 with 2 nursing sessions in between. Ms Lan  had to wake him up. Played with mom and dad, rolled over. Got sleepy, nursed to sleep. Made noises a few times and daddy had to comfort. Had dreamfeed at 11.

Note: used to sleep very well from evening till morning only waking to eat. Nowadays cries many times and needa comforting.

Boom tossed and turned quite a bit in the crib but continued sleeping. Woke up at 5. Daddy picked up and pat on the back but still cried for 15' in daddy's arms. Finally calmed down a bit to nurse. Pooped twice and would not fall asleep so had to transfer to Ms Lan at 6. Luckily he took a 1 hour nap at 6:30.

Today mommy feels better but is still tired. 

Boom drank 150ml from a bottle!!! Ate every 3 hours during the day.

Mommy could not sleep all night due to aching body. Luckily Boom only woke up to nurse once. This morning mom and dad went to Vinmec to check up and mommy caught a virus. Mommy has never felt so tired with sore throat, aching body, fever, nauseus.

Boom spent all day with Ms Lan and bottle fed while mommy rest. Mommy still had to pump every 3 hours despite barely able to get up. Mommy felt better after taking medicine so breastfeed Boom in the evening. Total sleep good. Woke up after 1 hour in the evening and had to

26/10: mommy got sick again

Slept through the night again! Woke up at 5 to poop. Was calm when changing diaper and ate a little but then refused to nurse. Lie next to mom and dad playing and making loud noises for a long time. Finally  after an hour daddy had to put him on daddy's chest to fall asleep and then transfer down into the bed. Slept for an hour till 7, made noises but luckily continued sleeping until 7:30.

Peed and pooped and went for a walk with Ms B, went back to bottle feed but resisted and cried for awhile.

Mommy got sick again today so Ms Lan took care of Boom during the day and daddy at night. Boom slept well. Mommy still breastfed at night. Boom ate many times in the evening but only once in the middle

Of the night. Couldn't sleep all night with aching body.

After daddy put into the crib after 10pm feed, cried again at 11:45 so mommy had to nursed. Thought he'll settle for the night but made noise again at 2. Mommy had to let him lie on her chest to fall back asleep and then nurse and sleep on the bed. Had to comfort and hold him a few times. But he woke up early at 6:15. 

Had to bring to Ms Lan to play with him, change diaper, go for a walk and bottle feed at 8:30, which is 6 hours from last feed. Which is a long stretch but wrong time and not accompanied by sleep. Was still active and hyper after 70ml and a poop so played with daddy for awhile then daddy comforted to sleep.

Played with mom and dad in the morning, took a morning nap and 2 nursing sessions. After lunch mom and dad went to see a movie, Boom stayed with Ms B and slept for 1.5 hours but was fussy and woke up many times.

In the afternoon had another 110ml bottle, played with mom and dad, took a bath in the tub with dad, took a nap and had dinner nursing. Woke up and was fussy with Ms Lan B when mom and dad had dinner. Played with mom and dad  then dadsy comforted to sleep and mommy nursed. Suddenly woke up after an hour at 9. Mom let him play by himself on the bed and almost fell asleep but daddy still had to comfort back to sleep after an hour. Mom gave a dream feed at 11:30

Note:

# of diapers reduced significantly. Only average 10 these past month instead of 15

After barely eating at 1, slept (mom could not swaddle because he keeps kicking and turning), woke up past 5 (was moving in the crib and kicking). Ate and fell asleep and pooped but woke up when mommy changed diaper and would not fall back asleep. Pooped again and kick and turn all around the bed next to mom. Finally had to transfer him to Ms Lan. Played for 1 hour then took a 1 hour nap. Woke up to go for a walk, had a bottle of only 60ml when both Ms Lan B and dad tried. Played with mom and dad on the bed. Fell asleep at 11, nursed and woke up right away. Daddy read Boom Andersen's stories. Had a noon nap but keep waking frequently. At 2:15 mommy nursed and continued sleeping till 4. Had a bath, played, nursed, fell asleep for 30'. Woke up and played again and went to sleep at 8. Ms Lan had to hold him the whole time. Mom and dad had dinner with Ms Vy and Mr Quan. They bought diapers for Boom but bought for girl instead of boy.

Woke up at 8:45. Refused to eat, only wants to play. Did not eat and fall asleep until almost 10pm. Daddy put into the crib and mommy fell asleep.

Note: 3rd night in a row he could not maintain a long night stretch. His sleeping through the night has been on and off so far.

23/10: officially rolled over, woke up middle of the night again

After nursing for awhile at 11:20 dreamfeed Boom fell asleep. But when daddy put into the crib he woke up. Mommy had to nurse again and after a couple of minutes fell asleep again. But woke up again when put into crib. Was struggling in the crib tossing and turning. Turns out he was trying to roll over. Finally successful at rolling over! Daddy had to comfort to sleep. Woke up at 3:30, nursed, slept, woke up a bit later crying. Mom had to comfort by letting him sleep on mom's chest and then transfer into the bed next to mommy. Woke up awhile later and wouldn't sleep so played with Ms Lan. Throughout the day took 45-1 hour nap every 2 hours but no long naps. Mom's still sick so had 2 bottles 80ml in the morning and 110ml in the afternoon besides mom nursing. In the evening stayed home with daddy while mom went out for coffee with friends. Mom went home to nurse at 9:30. Dreamfeed at 12:50 but he was crying because of disturbing him and daddy had to comfort to sleep. Barely ate. 

22/10: 3rd 5-in-1 vaccination

Mommy is still sick. Boom did not sleep through the night. Woke up at almost 4 (4h45' after dreamfeed). Daddy changed diaper. Mommy nursed a bit then fell asleep. Pooped a bit so had to change another diaper. 

Woke up again awhile later. Daddy had to let him lie on daddy's chest to continue sleeping. Woke up the moment dad put down into the bed. Mommy nursed but ate little. Went to play with Ms Lan for an hour. Thanks god now we have live in babysitter to help take care of Boom in the morning and evening. Became sleepy so Ms Lan brought back to mommy to nurse, had a 30' nap.

Woke up to play and went for a walk. Then mom and dad took Boom to hospital for vaccination. Nursed very little there. Had 5-in-1 Pentaxim and HepB vaccination on each thigh. Cried when vaccinated but stopped when daddy comforted. Fell asleep. Mommy visited Ms Chi who is staying in hospital.

Boom woke up on the way home. 2 Ms Lan took care of Boom because mom was sick and need to rest. Boom took a bottle of 90ml, a 2 hour nap, woke up to take a bath, had another bottle of 170ml and a short nap. Played with mommy and Ms Lan then mommy nursed a bit to sleep at 7. Actually he was not hungry and could have just comforted to sleep. Napped for 30'. Woke up to play. 

At 8:30 mommy nursed to sleep. Dreamfeed at 11:30.

Note: Boom was a brave and strong boy during vaccination

21/10: mommy got sick

Besides crying for daddy's comfort a few times, Boom slept well from 7 until 6 the next morning with last dreamfeed at 12:30. Mom was so engorged at 5:45 that had to get up and pump, went back inside to see Boom already woke up. Nursed but he ate very little. Played with Ms Lan and took a nap. Went for a walk, had a bottle of 120ml then took a long 2 hour nap. Woke up and nursed, did not nap again until 1:30. Woke up to eat then play then took a bath, had a short nap but a long nursing session in between. Woke up to play with daddy, daddy and Ms Lan comforted to sleep but cried a lot, would not sleep so played with Ms Lan again mommy had to finish off by nursing at 8:30 to finally fall asleep. Had dreamfeed at 11:15. 

Note:

Mommy had a running nose so daddy took care of Boom. 

Usually cries a couple hours after sleeping and had to be comforted back to sleep by lying on daddy's body.

20/10: happy women's day

Boom woke up and made noises at 5. Pooped while nursing. Would not fall asleep. Lied next to mommy and played and fell asleep. Woke up at 7. Daddy let him play by himself in the crib.

2 Ms Lan took him for a walk and then mommy nursed and played while they went to the supermarket. Did not fall asleep for morning nap so mommy had to nurse again. Mom and Boom both took short nap. Mom then left for Ba Dung's 3 year gio while Boom stayed with 2 babysitters.

Boom took a bottle of 90ml and had more than an hour lunch nap. Woke up and play and mom came home. Nursed a bit. Continued to play then took short nap. Woke up, had a bath, nursed a little. Played with mommy, daddy. Daddy and Ms Lan B comforted him to sleep but he keeps crying when put down. Mom had to nurse to sleep soundly at 7. Had another 2 dreamfeeds. Daddy had to comfort a few times but otherwise he slept well until morning.

Note:

Today is Women's day so daddy bought roses and pizza for mommy. What a surprise!

Today Boom turns 4 months!

19/10: fussy with new babysitter

Made noises and poop at 3. Mom tried to change diaper while he's sleeping but he woke up and then pooped some more. Started crying when mom changed diaper a second time. Daddy had to comfort and mommy nursed to fall back asleep.

Woke up again at 6. Mommy too tired so asked Ms Lan B to look after Boom. 2 Ms Lan changed diaper for him and Ms Lan A fed 80 and put him to sleep for 1 hour morning nap. Mom nursed 2 more times. Did not fall asleep with Ms Lan A until 1:20.

In the afternoon after mom fed, slept a bit more. Woke up to play and took a bath. Nursed and fell asleep a bit but then woke up so took a walk with 2 babysitters while mom took a shower. Mom nursed again, was fussy. Daddy came home to play and showed Ms Lan B how to comfort Boom to sleep while mom and dad ate dinner. Slept awhile then started crying. Daddy had to comfort some more. Had 2 dreamfeeds.

Went to sleep too early last night at 6:30 so woke up in the middle of the night at 4. Did not fall asleep after nursing so lied next to mommy and played for 1 hour then fell asleep. Woke up at 7, played with daddy and then Ms Thanh. Refused to nurse so went for a walk and came back to nurse. 

Today new babysitter also name Ms alan came. Boom also cried because not familiar with her. Mommy had Ms Lynn came to visit so had lunch with her then nursed Boom. Boom took a long noon nap, woke up to play and nurse, had a bath in the tub with daddy, then went for a walk with mommy and daddy again. Fell asleep in the stroller.

Came back and nursed then played with Ms Lan while mom and dad ate. Played with daddy. Laughed out loud. Daddy comforted to sleep then mommy gave 2 dreamfeeds.

- Cried everytime there is a new babysitter

- can fall asleep by himself after lying in bed for awhile. So maybe other nights when mom heard him made noises, he was awake and then fell back asleep???

Made many noises and moved around the crib during active sleep. Woke daddy up. Mommy also had to reposition Boom many times. Became wide awake at 3 and pooped. After daddy changed diaper and mommy nursed, fell asleep but shake head back and forth a lot. Mom had to let him lie in bed for 30' before transfering to the crib.

Woke up again at almost 7 crying. Daddy comforted, mom and dad changed dirty diaper. Mom tried to nurse but was not interested so played with Ms Thanh while mom pumped. Went for a walk and came back to drink only 60ml. Took mid morning nap. Woke up and play and then nursed a little, fell asleep for noon nap.

Woke up from noon nap, played, nursed a little, fell asleep but woke up again. Mom and dad went to get a haircut. Boom stayed with 2 giup viec to have bath, weighing, took 1 hour nap, woke up. After awhile mom came home to feed and daddy comfort Boom to sleep. Mom is quite upset that Ms Thanh asked to quit to look after her grandson just 3 days after starting and Boom has a round  scratch in his asshole. Boom went to bed early and had last dreamfeed at 12.

Note: moves around the crib a lot during active sleep. Sometimes lying horizontal. Sometimes head hit the crib rails or hands and legs stuck in between crib rails.

Slept through the night! Made many noises during the night but fell back asleep. Wake up at 6 to poop but refused to nurse so played with Ms Thanh then nursed at 7:20 (8.5 hours from last feed!). Took a short nap, woke up and went for a walk, played and had a bottle of 80ml and napped. Mom and Ms Thanh went to supermarket while Boom stayed home with Ms Lan. Took another short nap. Mom came home to nurse Boom before lunch time. Boom played with Ms Lan and Thanh and did not sleep until 1:30.

Woke up at 2:40 crying for food. Mom nursed then continued sleeping for another hour. Took a bath, refused to eat played, took a short nap after nursing. Played and then daddy comforted and mommy nursed again at 8, slept next to mommy on the bed, at 10:30 cried and daddy had to comfort and let him sleep on his body. This has been the second time in a row this has happened. Mommy dreamfed at 11:30 and put Boom to crib.

15/10: good day, new babysitter

Last night was good. Boom made noises at 3 and moved around the bed almost hitting the rails but then continued sleeping until almost 5, which is 6.5 hour from last dreamfeed. Ate little but did not fall asleep, daddy had to comfort and let to sleep in the bed with mom and dad. Woke up at 7, mom nursed again, and slept a bit but woke up and pooped. Went for a walk with Ms Lan, had a short nap, drank 80ml from a bottle.

Played with mommy, nursed again at 11:30, Ms Lan comforted to sleep. Took a 1 hour noon nap. Woke up and nursed again. New babysitter Ms Thanh came.

Played with Ms Lan for awhile then Ms Lan put to sleep. Would cry whenever held by Ms Thanh. Woke up and took a bath with Ms Thanh and Ms Lan. Nursed again. Ms Thanh tried to hold and comfort Boom but he was not used to a new person and cried loudly. Finally fell asleep. She had to hold him the whole

 Time. Mom nursed again and Boom woke up. Mom had to play with Boom and show Ms Thanh. But she was able to play with Boom for awhile while mom and dad had dinner. 

Cried a lot when daddy looked after Boom. Finally fell asleep in daddy's arms and then mommy nursed in bed. Tossed and turned a bit so mommy gave a 5' nursing to calm down. Woke up again at 11 crying, daddy comforted then mommy nursed a long session to settle for the night.

Terrible night sleep. Had dreamfeed at 12:30. Woke up screaming at 2, daddy had to comfort to sleep. Woke up again almost 5, mommy nursed. Did not fall asleep well so mommy had to comfoet and let to sleep in the bed. Slept until morning until woke up to poop. 

Went for a walk. Took a bottle of 60ml. Took a short nap then played with mommy. Nursed then woke up to play again. Ms Lan finally got him to nap for 1 hour. Woke up and nursed. Played with mom and Lena and Ms Lan. Took a 45' nap. Woke up to play, bathe, then a bottle of 120ml while mom went out. Mom came back and Boom was playing. Played for awhile and took mom and Ms Thuy (part time giup viec) a long time  to get him to sleep. He would cry when held by Ms Thuy and cried when put down. Finally slept for 1 hour. Woke up and cried, had a bit of running nose. Mom had to suction and put saline drops and dad put on pants and socks. Finally was able to nurse well after calming down. Fell asleep, woke up a while later. Mom

Had to comfort, let out a burp, fell back áleep. Had dreamfeed at 10:30.

Like the night before, after putting into the crib for the night, suddenly screamed and had to be comforted to sleep.

Slept through the night, calmly woke up to eat at 5, did not poop only peed although mommy heard Boom fart loudly many times.

Woke up almost 7 and played happily by himself in the crib and poop. Went for a walk, came back and emptied his 90ml bottle, fell asleep.

Woke up from nap and was fussy, had to be held. Got irritated when playing with toys. Ms Lan comforted to sleep and mom dreamfeed at noon. Woke up screaming a little later, Ms Lan comforted back to sleep.

Woke up at 2, mommy nursed and let Boom play in the crib. Tried to roll over many times but could only turn sideways.

Got frustrated that he could not hold his toys.

Took a bath happily, fell asleep while mommy took a shower. Woke up crying, mommy nursed twice each time. Woke up crying again, turns out he needs a butp because spit up a bit. Fell back asleep after comforting. So he had a long nap since 4 with 3 times waking up and falling back asleep. Was fussy in the evening and took many times comforting and picking up to sleep.

Sometimes would not lie down to play and had to be held

Gets irritated quickly after playing with toys because his hands cannot pick or hold the toys well

Woke up 12am screaming just 15' after mom put into crib after dreamfeed. Had to be comforted. Cried loudly at 4 for food. After feeding was fast asleep but when mom changed diaper, woke up again. Would not nurse to sleep again. Lied next to mom and smiled and played for awhile then fell asleep. Screamed at 6 again. Daddy comforted back to sleep. Woke up at 7:30, refused to nurse so went for a walk and drank 60ml from the bottle. Took a short nap then woke up to play and nurse while sleepy at 12. Woke up after nursing and would not sleep again until 2:30. Ms Lan was supposed to look after Boom but she gave Boom

To daddy. Mommy had to struggle for 1.5 hour. Finally fell asleep for 2 hours. Woke up in the middle to nurse. 

Took a bath then played. Ate twice, did not go to bed until 9:30. Had dreamfeed at 11.

Note: these past few days have trouble going to bed at night. Goes to bed very late. Mom and dad could hardly eat dinner. 

Only 2 naps today but had long afternoon nap.

Ate well but usually when drowsy or while sleeping.

After midnight dreamfeed suddenly woke up at 1:30 crying, mommy had to nurse again. Pooped while eating.

Woke up at 6, ate a little then played with grandma and fell asleep for 1 hour. Today grandma Ly leaves for Hoa Binh in the afternoon so in the morning mom and dad took Boom and grandma for a walk in Royal City to buy Crocs slippers and medicine for grandma. 

In the afternoon daddy gave Boom a swim and bath in the bath tube. In the evening dad had to wear Boom in the baby carrier to eat dinner because he wouldn't sleep and won't let put down. Mom and dad took Boom on a car ride to town, Boom slept the whole time but woke up when we arrive home.

After feed, suddenly cried a lot and dad had to comfort for awhile before falling asleep. Slept next to mommy until 11pm dreamfeed (made noises). Was still sleeping when mom put down into the crib but after 15' started crying loudly. Mom had to pick up to comfort before falling back asleep.

Note: these days he hardly eats. Always wants to smile or play. Can only eat for a few minutes. Usually have to wait for him

To fall asleep to dreamfeed. Not gaining weigh much but still has many wet and dirty diapers.

Start to get fussy every evening and goes to bed late. Cries loudly whenever put down. Only wants to be held.

Total sleep low. Many short naps but no long nap. Usually wakes up right after eating during naps.

Heard Boom kicking and moving in the crib at 4, mom woke a little later to wait for Boom but still sleeping. Kicking his legs up, sucking fingers and making noises and pooping loudly many times for at least 15'. Finally opened his eyes and smiled broadly. Smelled very bad. Very well behaved, nursed then fall back asleep. Did not wake up until almost 8.

Today was a good day except Boom only mostly nursed when sleepy. Also spit up all over the bed during one nursing session and smiled happily. Had a long nap in the morning, at noon and a short nap after bath. Nowadays Boom has longer naps. Was fussy in the evening like the evening before. Did not sleep until 9:30

Did not gain weight this week, only 50g.

Cried for food at 5, 5 hours from dreamfeed. Didn't even close his eyes. Only wet diaper. Mommy fed and he fell asleep. However woke up again when put into crib so mom had to shh and caress hair but would not sleep. Mom put into bed next to mom and lied there playing a bit then fell asleep. Mommy checked and diaper still clean and no sound of poop. However when he woke up almost 2 hours later there was a big poop and he got diaper rash (tiny red dots). Mommy felt to bad and mad that did not know when he pooped and worried about his rash.

Ms Lan bottle fed before and after going for a walk, when he was sleeping. Had 1.5 hour nap. Woke up and play and was fussy, refused to eat. Finally slept again and mom dreamfed. Slept for 2.5 hour noon nap. Woke up and ate and played. Took a bath. Agreed to nurse on the nursing pillow. Nowadays rarely use the pillow because he always plays and have to nurse on the bed. Fell asleep for a 1 hour afternoon nap. Woke up and play and was fussy again. Daddy had to comfort to sleep and mommy nurse at 7:30 but woke up again. Was fussy the whole evening. Had to nurse again at 9 before finally falling asleep. Dreamfed at 11 before putting to crib.

Note:

Very good naps. Maybe because he did not sleep much yesterday and went to bed late.

Woke up crying 5 hours from last feed. Pooped and nursed then fell back asleep. Somehow soiled the bedsheet without mommy knowing until the morning.

Woke up at 7 and pooped again. Played with grandma, nursed a bit, played then drank 75ml from the bottle then fell asleep with a poop but mom wasn't able to change diaper until after he woke up.

Daddy and grandma went to Vinmec to check on grandma's backache.

Woke up from morning nap, played, nursed, fell asleep for 1 hour noon nap. Woke up and played but did not eat much. Had to ask Ms Lan to take care of him for an hour so mom can rest. Brought him back sleeping. Mommy dreamfed but he woke up right after finishing. Played a bit more before bath. Then played again with grandma and fell asleep. Mom decided to let him sleep and not feed until he wakes up. Technically at this age he can last 3.5-4 hour between feeds. Woke up 30' later crying for food so mommy fed. 

Was awake and played from 7, mom atempted to feed a few times but ate very little, only wants to play. Has his eyes fixed to the TV when it is on. Finally daddy rocked to become drowsy then mommy dreamfed a long session. Went dad put into crib, he was still wide awake. Mom had to stand there and carress his head and shh for a few minutes before he would fall asleep. While doing so he has eyes wide open and keep smiling brightly at mommy. Daddy had to comfort some more and let to sleep on the bed next to mommy. Another dreamfeed at 12z 

Mommy's mad at daddy for going to play tennis and coming home late

Usually break free from the swaddle after awhile so mommy is considering letting him wear long sleeves at night to keep his arms warm

Usually open the balcony door and turn off the aircon after middle of the night feed

Had dreamfeed at 11 and slept till 5. Broke free of the swaddle a long time ago and have kicked himself to be lying horizontally. Pooped without mommy knowing, luckily mom changed diaper. Felt bad wondering how long it's been there. Slept a bit more after feeding till 6. Played with grandma then napped again. Drank a bottle then nursed. 

Today the technician came to install filter on the windows to reduce heat. House next door still noisy, still had to go to Boom's room.

Played with grandma while mom assembled the playard. Had a long noon nap with on and off waking and dreamfeed. Had a bath while mommy went out for a meeting. Mommy came back to play then nursed. Would not sleep and keep playing, only a super short nap while family had dinner. Mom had a long nursing session again before falling asleep. Had dreamfeed at 11.

Mommy tried to feed Boom a lot in the evening and even a dreamfeed at 12:30 but Boom still woke up crying at 4:30. Fell asleep after feed and woke up at 7 to poop. Played with daddy and grandma and went for a walk at 8:30 then fell asleep. Refused the bottle both before and after going for a walk so had to throw out. So have not eaten since 4:30. Resume eating as normal from 9:30, sometimes having long nursing sessions.

Have one long noon nap but went to bed late, had to nurse twice before settling for the night.

Rarely poop at night these days. Mostly early in the morning.

Good news! Second time slept through the night in a row. Kick and broke out of swaddle at 3 but finally woke up for food past 5 (6 hours since dreamfeed). Ate and fell asleep but woke up again. Mommy put in bed to play for awhile then fell asleep for an hour. Played with grandma while mom and dad slept. Went for a walk then came back and took a nap. Drank very little from the bottle. Woke up and nursed very little. So this whole morning did not eat much. Played a bit more then ate a long meal, fell asleep but woke up right away and played more until Ms Lan comforted to sleep at 12:30. Woke up at 2 crying, mommy fed for 1 hour and then lied next to mommy to sleep for almost 2 more hours (with some comfort from mommy).  

Had a bath, did not eat much, pooped and played. Daddy came home and played but suddenly fell asleep while playing with daddy. Woke up crying half an hour later at 7. Nursed for an hour then continued sleeping and smiling. Slept for an hour then woke up to play then nursed then fell asleep. Mommy gave dreamfeed one more time at 12:30x

Slept most afternoon. Maybe because he went to bed late last night and woke up early this morning.

Backtrack in bottle feeding again.

He either does not eat much or sleeps and eats up to an hour at a time.

Sleep well, started kicking around 4 but did not wake up until 5 for food. So that can be considered sleep through the night. Today is Sunday so Ms Lan is not here, only mom, dad and grandma Ly. Took Boom downstairs for a walk and for family to have breakfast but everywhere is full with long lines so it was terrible. 

Boom ate well and slept well during the day. Each feed almost 1 hour. Daddy took Boom into the bath tube to swim and take a bath. Boom really enjoyed it. Tonight will use the swaddle wrap for Boom and see if he likes it. 

Was fussy in the evening and did not fall aslwep until 9:30, much later than usual. Had dreamfeed at 11:00

Ate only 7 times but quality feeds. Ate well.

Boom woke up in the middle of the night again. However, today was good since Boom behaved and mommy felt better. 

Got hungry quite a lot. Peed and pooped a lot. Went to bed late because family went to Mrs Huyen after dinner to collect things from uncle Hai Anh. 

Boom got a playard, swaddle blanket, wipes warmer and lots of books for mommy.

Today was a terrible day for mommy. Last night Boom did not eat much during 11:30 dreamfeed so mom's breast was still hard but mom was too lazy to pump. Woke up at 3 to painful breast so had to pump. Then Boom woke up again so mommy nursed Boom to sleep. Had to nurse both sides.

Breast still sore and start to feel sick and cold. In the morning became very sick with fever, cold, headache, sore. Never felt so bad before. Felt like dying. Lied in bed freezing all day. Grandma had to take care of Boom except for nursing every 2.5 hour which mommy could barely get up. Tried different nursing position on the sore breast but still plugged duct and painful lumps. Still had to pump the other breast out each time. Applied hot and cold compress but did not work. Finally called doctor. She arrived in the evening and was really nice, using hand to press and get the plugged duct out. Mom had a bit of mastisis. Felt much better after doctor left but still sick and tired. Nursed Boom at 6:40. Family had dinner then nurse Boom to sleep at 8:45. Had dreamfeed at 11:30. Ate well on both sides so mommy was hoping Boom would sleep through the night.

Woke up in the middle of the night again so mommy had to feed but did not poop. Slept a bit later in the morning, played then finish a whole bottle of 110ml. Had a morning nap and 2 short noon naps.

After 1 long nursing session in the afternoon, took a long 1 hour nap. Took bath, ate a little, played, then had another long nursing session. Wouldn't sleep but played happily by himself. Finally daddy rocked and played pre recorded "hat ru" for Boom to fall asleep at 8:30

Had dreamfeed at 9:15 and 11:30 but did not eat much

Note:

This week especially today Boom has been nursing longer, sometimes up to an hour

Need to remember to burp Boom! He spit up twice yesterday
