30/6/2016: difficulty nursing

Wanted to nurse but had difficulty latching on, kept crying, struggled for awhile in order to nurse. Would not sleep by comforting.

Had a good day at school. Ate a lot and drank lots of cows milk and formula. 

Nursed every hour from 8-11. Refused the bottle or pacifier.

Thần giữ của. Knows all his belongings and point and would not leave without them.

Loves watching children play.

Wave goodbye to everyone.

Still very difficult to night wean

29/6/2016: pooped in the middle of the night

Nursed a lot and woke up to poop in the middle of the night. Took 1 hour to get back to sleep.

Mom and dad exhausted in the morning.

Boom had a good day at school. Drank lots of milk. Aura had to poke him and point to let him know Ms Tuong is picking him up. Ate a lot here and there from leaving school to home.

Today had to checkout of service apartment and Vinpro came to do A/C maintenance. 

Went for a walk to buy things but refused the stroller at first. Very happy when his neighbor friend Ms Mun visit. Was too carried away playing downstairs. Doesn't care about parents. 

Daddy tried to comfort him in the evening but he refused. Still had to comfort him by nursing. 

28/6/2016: good day, drank lots of milk

Still nursed a lot. The formula did not help, only made him pee a lot.

Had a good day at school. Did not cry during drop off nor pick up. Drank a lot of milk.

Was sad that he did not see his neighbor friends today.

Went to bed at 8 but had to be rocked.

Even climbed on mommy to find nipple in the middle of the night

Got hold of new remote control and looked around trying to figure out what it does. Understands cause and effect.

Can talk as if exchanging ideas and requests

Theo Ms Tưởng more than parents now

Loves lying and getting a head massage. Falls sleepy.

After dinner would hold remote control and ask to open Youtube on TV for baby songs. Would clap and dance.

27/6/2016: return to school

Nursed less last night. Pooped 4 times today.

Had a good say at school. Drank 1 box of milk on the way home and 1 bottle of formula in the evening. Ate and snack throughout the day. Loves to eat "vải"

Neighbor kids came to play with Boom all the time. Super excited and talks loudly when surrounded by kids

Inderstands erverything: nhắc quên địu, đưa đồ để nhờ bóc hoặc mờ

Cứ đòi bóc miếng bánh hoặc vải mới để xem

Đưa miếng đã bóc rồi thì không chịu

26/6/2016: haircut

Terrible night: nursed a lot. Skipped morning nap

Neighbor friend came to play again. Boom has very active social life.

Cried a lot when dad gave haircut. Took a bath in the tub with dad after a long time. 

Knows what the switches are for each item: fan, light, ac

Turn on the light when mom and dad switched off to sleep

25/6/2016: regular Saturday, neighbor friend

Slept well. Had 2 naps. Mom went out in the morning for some conferences. 

Boom had a neighbor 5 year old girl friend come over to play. He was very happy. 

Took a evening walk with parents. Fell asleep on his own at 9 after 1 hour.

24/6/2016: another day at home, screaming

Boom screamed again in thr mornkng. But overall slept 12hours.

Stayed home with Ms Tuong today while mom went out for interviews. Pooped 3 times. Did not drink milk. Only nursed when mom got back. Took 2 short naps.

Went out for evening walk and went home and fell asleep after nursing. 

Note:

Started screaming a lot these few days. Don't know if it is because of the fall?

Refused to sit in the high chair. Wants to use the spoon to feed himself.

Can walk a few steps.

Started to want to warch Youtube on the TV and would sit and clap his hands

Doesn't like strangers touching him

Loves talking and laughing

Use mom's breastpad and put into mom's or Ms Tuong's shirt

23/6/2016: grandparents leave, relatives visit, still home from school

Slept the longest night for 12hrs45. However nursed every 2 hours.

Did not take morning nap. Took very short noon nap. Aunts and uncles and cousins from Hoa Binh came to pick up grandparents. Hang out for awhile in megamall. Went to waterpark. Boom hung out at Foart and had a good time.

Took a catnap jn the carrier. Went home, had dinner, a bath and a walk. Went to bed at 8:15. However whenever parents touch him

To change diaper or bandage, he would scream and had to be comforted back to sleep.

22/6/2016: broken AC, stayed home from school

AC broke in the middle of the night. Family had to move out to living room to sleep. Boom woke up for 1 hour.

Stayed home today to recover from injury. Was a bg fussy sometimes. Did not nurse or drink much breastmilk. Drank a little cow milk.

Screamed and yelled in the evening. Thought he was throwing a tantrum but turned out he was sleepy and fell asleep. Daddy felt so bad because daddy "timed out" him sitting for awhile without comforting and turned around to see him dozing off.

21/6/2016: tiring transfers, long cry, fussy

Boom slept until 9. Packed and lft aftwr breakfast. 

Bapped a bit on the way to hotel and on the plane. Otherwise very fussy and active.

Was difficult and refused car seat on the way home. Mom had to let him cry it out. He yelled the whole way home.

His wound got better now. Still had bandage. Was sleepy in the evening but woke up and toss and turn for 1 hour before falling asleep,

Loves being around other children. Would smile and look at

Children. 

Make friends on the plane or around easily by talking and reaching his hands out.

Warns even while sleeping 

Head always sweating 

20/6/2016: accident on birthday

Raining all day so stayed at home. Boom fell and hit his head into the coffee table and bled a lot. Everyone was so scared. Doctor came and disinfect his wounds. He will be fine but cried a lot.

Starts to walk a bit

Active and happy

Can fall asleep in the evening on his own but sfill nurse at night

Can drink freshmilk from the small carton with straw

Grandma Huyen and Hang thinks Boom is naughty, making mommy stressed 

Mom thinks its just Boom's personality and temperament. He seems more active than other babies

Aura likes to touch Boom's cheeks and kiss him 

Mom joined FB with other teachers and mommy classmates of Boom. It's interesting 

19/6/2016; birthday celebration, went to the beach

Slept well in big bed with mom and dad.

Napped well in the morning. Went for a walk to the beach but ugly and very hot.

Dad and grandparents went to play golf in the afternoon. Mom struggled to get Boom to

Sleep. He woke up when mom

Went kut to answer the phone and cried a lot as if he was abandoned.

Ate well buffet food.

After dinner had simple birthday with family. Got money gifts. Enjoyed the cake and played with beer can. 

Got free cake from Vinpearl. Mom bought flowers.

18/6/2016: first day in Nha Trang, birthday trip, very happy day

Slept well. Took bath, poop, good nap before leaving for the ảiport.

Spent 7 hours traveling (taxi to airport, shuttle to plane, flight, shuttle to terminal, taxi, canoe, bus, golf car). Boom very active today. Made friends with people all around. Did not sleep until plane

Landed. Was very sleepy by then and napped on the way to Nha Trang city. 

Had buffet dinner. Boom ate a lot. Had big poop in the middle of dinner so lost his appetite. Enjoyed live music at dinner and clapped

His hands.

Went back and went in the pool. This time he really enjoyed it. Took shower with daddy. Played happily but cried a bit when his feet got stuck in the door.

Played on the bed and nursed and fell asleep at 10. Was very happy and well

Behaved today.

17/6/2016: 32nd school day, terrible night, birthday at school

Woke up at 12:30 and pooped, did not fall asleep until 2. Cried a lot and keep pointing at the door. Had to let him cry it out in daddy's arms for 10'

If he pooped and wake up, he would not fall asleep until after clean up, but would cry because of sleepy while washing ass. 

Woke up again at 5:30 and same thing. Fell asleep for a bit. Then Ms Tuong brought upstairs.

Nowadya refused expressed breastmilk at school. Will switch him to cows milk from next week.

Had birthday celebration At school. Was happy. Only a few friends at school.

Mom a bit annoyed at school about always calculating the tuition wrong, very hot temperature and dirty bedsheets.

Was very sleepy in the evening and fell asleep while taking bath.

16/6/2016: 31st school day, happy

Big poop in the morning, dirtied his pants and legs.

Was very happy from school today. Played in the playground downstairs with mom and grandma, went to bed at 8. Opened his eyes when daddy came downstairs but luckily fell back asleep.

15/6/2016: 30th school day, both decoration for birthday

Still nursed a lot. Went to school OK. Did not drink much milk. Mom brought decorations so teachers can use at school on Friday for his bỉthday.

Behaved at home and went to bed at 8 but Ms Tuong had to rock to sleep.

14/6/2016: 29th school day, fussy

Woke up twice at 8:45 for 20' and 3:30 for 1 hour.

Was ok at school, did not eat or drink mich milk. Was very fussy after school and in the evening. Luckily went to sleep OK. 

Nursed a few times in the evening after sleeing.

13/6/2016: 28th school day, back from summer break

Did not nurse mich at night. Once he toss and turn for a long time

But mom ignored. Fell back asleep.

Slept in until 8. Was late for first day back at school. Had a good noon nap but woke up at 1:30. Did not eat much.

Nursed a lot at home. Was sleepy. Fell aslepe during evening walk. Woke up for awhile for 20' then went back to sleep. 

12/6/2016: first time swimming, last day of summer break

Nursed a lot at night

Dad took grandparents Ly Thai to visit relatives.

Grandma Huyen, Hang, Nga and Ms Ly came to visit and everyone went to Njyu Maru for lunch. Boom ate well. Grandma Hang went to the airport to fly to HCM

Boom took 2hr nap. Dad took Boom swimming outdoors for the first time. Was quite scared. Not enjoy yet.

After dinner went down to the mall shopping for clothes for grandparents. Boom quite enjoy but sleepy. Upon return home, was alert again. Took 1 hour to fall asleep.

Note:

Fart and laughed 

Point at things and cries if need not met

Always clap hands and wave good bye

Likes opening books

Carress stuffed animals 

Screamed in delight whenever he sees things he likes in the mall

11/6/2016: visit Ecopark, Hoang Anh's party

Nursed a lot throughout the night. 

Went tl Ecopark with the whole TQT family. Grandma Huyen criticized Boom as hư and compared with Ms Bich's Bo. Mom's upset.

Boom took a nap in the car on the way back. 

Went to San Ho Ha Hoi for lunch to celebrate Hoang Anh's promotion to partner of EY. Boom sat and ate well

For most of the meal.

Fell asleep when almost got home. Luckily continued sleeping af home. Napped for 3 hours.

Fell asleep on his own after toss and turn for an hour in the evening. 

10/6/2016: recovered from sickness, visit Finn

Got better. Had very short nap. 

Went to visit Finn but stayed outside. Was fussy during car ride. 

9/6/2016: visit TQT

Woke up late at 8 because no poop.

Today is Tet sau bo in Lunar new year, last year Boom was born on this day.

Napped very well. 1 hour morning and 3 hours noon. 

Enjoyed touching water in the pool.

Went to TQt with dad and Ms Ly to visit grandma Hang and have dinner with relatives. Had fun. Laughed a lot.

Went home late to bathe. Toss and turn and fell asleep on the floor at 10:30 like a drunken guy. 

Note:

Always toss and turn like sleep waking and fell asleep at odd location, especially edge of bed

8/6/2016: grandparents Ly Thai arrived

Grandparents arived from

hoa Binh. Boom woke up late at 7:30

Grandma Hang went to Tqt.

Mommy made banana cake.

Boom

Went to bed at 8:30

Took 2 naps 1.5 hours each. Slept well.

7/6/1016: no more antibiotics, grandma Hang arrived

Nursed here and there throughout the night. Maybe he was cold?

No more antibiotics. Still runny nose. Took 3 naps so he can stay awake to meet grandma Hang in the evening (arrived late due to flight delays). Got lots of presents from Canada. Went to bed late at 10:30. Did not nurse much during the day.

Note:

Learn to stamp feet from mommy 

Played with stick put into bottle and thought it was a straw

Tried to open a book that was wrapped in plastic and angry that he could not turn the pages

Points at things and has to get what he wants 

Can get things out without any difficulties ie battery, diaper bag

Loves putting things in and out of container

Likes watching clips and clapping hands and laughing. Look of amazement.

6/6/2016: 3rd day on antibiotics, supermaket

Woke up at 6:30 to poop. Mom really sick today, could not breath. Had short morning nap and 1.5 hour afternoon nap.

3rd day on antibiotics. No coughing but still running nose.

Went to the supermarket with mom

And Ms Tuong. Went to bed early at 8. Grandma Hang will fly to HN tomorrow because great grandma is sick.

5/6/2016: 2nd day on antibiotics, mom and dad sick

Mom and dad sick. Boom still not better. 

Small poop twice

Went to bed at 9 but woke up after 45' because of light and diaper change and put on pants.

Toss and turn for 45' before falling back asleep.

4/6/2016: antibiotics, visit TQT

Boom slept till 7:30. Had to visit the doctor for antibiotics. Hope he'll get better. Had balloons at the doctor office.

Had a good afternoon nap. Went to visit aunts and uncles at TQT in the afternoon. Went home for dinner then sleep.

3/6/2016: mommy busy, good naps

Mom busy with a few interviews. Boom spit up in the bed again. 

Had 2 good naps 2 hours each. Went to bed at 8:30.

Still sick. Did not nurse much the whole afternoon mommy away.

2/6/2016: still sick

Slept better at night but woke up early.

Still coughing and runny nose but better. Only 2 short naps. Went to bed at 8.

Notes:

- pooped in the toilet for the first time because Ms Tuong caught Boom about to poop while changing diaper

- vey active. Explores everything. Very loud. Can play by himself. The most active downstairs. Would not let friends play with his toys but want everyone else's food and toys.

- saw girlfriend this morning. She knows Boom's name. Her brother very nice. Boom misses her. Hasn't seen her in a few days

- can stand up when playing for a few seconds

- takes things in and out of container

- nurses and eats very little

- sweaty all the time

- sneaky smile. Understands a lot. 

- like an angel while sleeping

- pokes at mom's nipples and laughs

- tries to sneak a bite at mom

- cries when daddy leaves the room

1/6/2016: children's day

Threw up on the bed again. Slept in late. Had good naps. Still coughing. Went to bed at 8:30.

Just spent the day playing at home and hanging in the lobby. No poop.

Mom went for 2 meetings in the afternoon.

It's children's day but family did not do anything.
