31/7/2016: still sick Sunday

Fussy night but did not spit up. Woke up with big poop. Fussy morning, short nap, spit up after taking medicine. 

Nowadays he hates medicine, not like before.

Luckily he took a long noon nap with a few fussiness. Mom mad at daddy for not doing anything for anniversary.

Woke up and played happily. Family went to pizza 4p for dinner and walk aroundz

Boom fell asleep in the car. Went home and took a bath. Spit out medicine again. Took 1.5 hours to sleep again.

Seems like he is a bit better.

Whenever he falls asleep outside or in the car, he would get up upon return home and would take him 1-1.5 hours to fall back assleep

30/7/2016: sick Saturday

Spit up on the bed again. Big poop in the morning => improvement, did not poop during sleep

Was fussy during the day, did not eat much, did not nap much. Refused medicine. Spit up at lunch. 

Went to the megamall with mom and Ms Tuong, bought Boom new pair of sandals and Ms T 2 T shirts.

Went downstairs for coffee with Mom and Lynn and Ms T, walked around happily, also saw Aura.

Fashion Feast on the square got cancelled. 

Went for a walk in the evening. When daddy kissed mom, Boom would be jealous and tried to rescue mommy.

Dancing to the music all the time. Shaking.

Can nod yes, and shake his head for no.

29/7/2016: visit doctor

5 days in a row Boom feeling sick: 

- cough

- spit up during sleep (every night would dirty the bedsheet)

- poop a lot, at least once in the middle of the night even when sleeping

- doesn't eat much

So mom

And dad did not get much sleep lately because he would be coughing, spitting up and pooping at night. 

Otherwise he still had fun at school. Maybe because he is growing molars?

Today dad picked Boom up from school early to visit the doctor. Doctor said he has a slight cold and prescribed antibiotics but mom will hold off for a few days.

Poor boy struggling and so uncomfortable.

Since mom started working, only haf 1 hour to spend with him in the evenjng. Never has time to go for a walk. He would be sleepy right after dinner.

28/7/2016: storm, stay home, visit ASG school

Big storm last night. Boom stayed at home. Visited ASG in the morning and afternoon to try out the class, had fun. Program is led by an American teacher. But tuition is high and the school is not as good as FFS. Also Boom is used to teachers and friends at FFS so mom is reluctant to change school for him.

Mom stayed home in the morning but went to work in the afternoon.

Boom did not eat much.

25, 26, 27/7/2016: spit up, poop

Boom happy at school but both at school and home he spit up a lot, poop constantly even while sleeping and doesn't eat much. Also coughs a bit. Mom very stressed. Dirtied the bed very night.

Maybe because he is teething molars? 

24/7/2016: eye infection, seafood eat out

Woke up early to poop again. Took early morning nap. Pooped again.

Played downstairs and had early lunch. Napped for almost 3 hours.

Went to Ms Chi's house to visit Bin. Was happy but abruptly got up, went to the door, asked to put his sandals on and then wanted to go home.

Went swimming with daddy. Went out for seafood dinner with parents, Ms Tuong and Trang tron. Was fussy. Got eye infection. Maybe he was annoyed?

Went home and bought eye drops from the drugstore. Watched Youtube, had eye drop and fell asleep after mom showered.

23/7/2016: vaccine, shopping, Bin Ben visit

Busy day today. Woke up too early because of poop. Took an early morning nap. Went to the doctor for 2 vaccinations, cried a bit. Took 2 hours at the doctor.

Went home for a nap. Then went shopping with mom and Ms Tuong downstairs at the megamall. The mall is closing for restructuring so there are some sales. 

Went swimming with dad, took a shower. Played with Ben, had dinner, hang out with Bin Ben a bit then Ms Tuong comfort to sleep. 

Mommy nursed throughout the day, don't know if there is enough milk because during work days mommy only nurse at night.

Boom pooped 3 times. Happy. But did not eat much.

22/7/2016: mom came home late

Boom had a good day at school. 

Mom had dinner with colleagues so came home late at 10. Boom fell asleep but was fussy and wanted to nurse. Ms Tuong had to comfort many times. First time Boom went to bed at night without mommy. It was an improvement.

Before: need mommy's breast for every nap => can fall sleep with other people comforting and with a bottle, can put down into the bed without nursing=> fall asleep by himself for naps at school but still need mommy for evening sleep => can fall asleep in the evening without mommy but still need to nurse

21/7/2016: got bitten at school

Big poop upon waking up.

Boom went to school happily but got bitten by Tom on his hand. He was not happy when touched at this place.

Mom and dad went home late, Boom already sleepy, fell asleep by himself on the bed while parents had dinner. 

18, 19, 20/7/2016: happy days for Boom, doesn't need mom and dad anymore

Boom still nursed at night. Had fun at school.

Behaved in the afternoon with Ms Tuong.

Usually come downstairs to the lobby to wait for mommy to return from work.

Goes upstairs for dinner and mommy shower, then goes to sleep past 8.

Mom only got to spend 1-2 hours with Boom.

Today Boom slept very well until almost 8AM so whole family was late. 

Boom indifferent to mom and dad now. Only wants Ms Tuong. During bedtime he would point to the door and cried to get out with Ms Tuong. Then when he is with her, he would look at mom and laught as if "Hehehe I won". Mom so sad. 

Boom walking arounf everywhere and mumbling or talking by himself. Very happy and laughs a lot. 

Can even swerve his arms and legs as if exercising. 

Big sale downstairs but mom had no time to shop.

17/7/2016: back to Hanoi

Had a good time in Hoa Binh. Got a long well with relatives.

Luckily fell aslee the whole way home.

Went swimming with daddy, enjoyed a lot.

Ms Tuong came back late so whole family ate at Thai Express.

Big sale downstairs but because Boom sleepy so only bought some household items.

Boom fell asleep but woke up upon return home. Was awake and cried a lot, took more than 1hr to sleep again.

16/7/2016: Hoa Binh

Spent the morning and early afternoon in Hanoi. Took a long noon nap.

Family drove to Hoa Binh in the afternoon. Behaved for 1 hour then started to cry and would not sit in carseat, mom very stressed during long car rides like this.

Has fun with grandparents. Behaved during dinner. Wanted to practise using the spoon by himself.

Enjoys walking around, walking up stairs and playing with his cousins. He is really grown up now!

Went to bed late

15/7/2016: swimming again, enjoys very much

Still nurse at night. Wakes up early. Has fun at school. Boom's teachers post many pictures and clips.

Went swimming with daddy again, had a lot of fun. Even walked around the pool. 

Usually falls asleep with daddy while mommy showers after dinner.

Nowadays mommy goes to work so very busy and tired. Only sees Boom 1-2 hour at night at dinner and then he goes to bed, a little bit in the morning before he goes to school and mom goes to work.

Family hasn't been on a walk for a while.

14/7/2016: swimming with daddy

Happy in the morning with mom and dad. Was happier on the way to school today. Daddy and Boom went swimming in the late afternoon. Boom enjoys a lot.

Loves seeing friends especially older girls. Would scream in delight.

Has regular neighbor Moon visit everyday after school. Also has many friends downstairs.

Rarely crawls. Would walk around freely like a mushroom and sometimes rest or lean on things. If in a hurry would stop and crawl.

Loves his new freedom. Loves his sandals.

Eating not so much. 

 

11,12,13/7/2016: regular day at school, vaccination

Regular day at school. Still nursed a lot at night. Cried a bit on the way to school. 

Boom's schedule at school got switched. Montessori in the morning. Gym and activities in the afternoon. English everyday for 30'. Teacher said Boom enjoys dancing and English.

On Tue Mom brought Boom to get 2 shots. Boom cried more than usual

10/7/2016: went swimming

Last night was not as good, nursed at 3. Bcoz he wore tape diapers so peed and leaked into the bed and his clothes. Had to change in the middle of the night.

Had a regulat day at home with parents. Went downstairs to play a few times and saw Aura. 

Went into the swimming pool with daddy. This time he enjoyed more. Did not eat much today. Went to bed at 9 after 45' toss and turn. Did not nurse much. 

9/7/2016: Voi's family visit

Had a good night, went to bed early, had a night stretch of 6 hours.

Mom went to PTA meeting at FFS. Voi's family visited and collected mom's breast milk since Boom is not drinking anymore

Had a good nap, was really sleepy, cried a bit but ended up sleeing 3 hours.

Very hot outside so went for a walk in the shopping mall with parents. Mom had to buy medicine.

Struggled for a long time before going to sleep at 10. At one point even lied on the bed and watched TV with daddy. 

Nowadays he rarely crawls, would walk a few steps and stop to rest and walked again

8/7/2016: better night, slight fever

Nursed less at night. Woke up early. Still cried a bit on the way to school.

Had a slight fever at school. But was ok at home. Mom gave some ibuprofen.

Loves practising new skills such as putting things in and out of bottle. 

Fell asleep while playing with daddy again so could not take a walk.

7/7/2016: fell asleep by himself

Nursed a lot at night. 

Daddy came to school and watched the camera. 

These days doesn't need to nurse when mom came home. Maybe just a few seconds to ease the cravings.

Fell asleep in the evening while playing with daddy while mom showered. Did not need the boobs. So could not go for evening walk.

However these days he cried a bit when put in the carseat and during drop off. Wonder if there is anything wrong. 

6/7/2016: Bin visit, new gf at school, thần giữ của

Woke up early. Mom so tired so slept in a bit. 

Mom complained about changing diaper so teacher used up all diapers. Don't know if they really change or not. But when he went home the diaper was full of poop and pee! Aura had moved to upper class. Today there is a new 8 month girl, Boom seemed interested and came to her to smile. Maybe he has a new girlfriend? The 

Knows everything: pointed to his bag and sandals when picked up to ask Ms Tuong to bring his things home.

Mom BD and cousin Bin came to visit. Boom's neighbor friends also stopped by. Boom was very happy. Dad went home late.

Went to bed easily. Did not see daddy all day. 

5/7/2016: mom's tiring day

Also fussy towards the 2nd half kf the night. Woke up early. Mom very tired at work today.

In the evening could not go for awalk becoz of the rain. Boom fell asleep at 9 after toss anf turn. Should have turned off the light earlier.

4/7/2016: mom back to work

Mom's first day back at work. Boom had a good day at school. Mom got back almost 7, tired. Only had 1 hour before Boom went to bed.

3/7/2016: pizza 4p's, last free day with mom, new shoes

Went to pizza 4p's with family, enjoyed and sat for the whole meal. Last free day before mom goes to work. Took good naps. 

In the evenjng parents went down to the mall and bought a pair of sandals for Boom. He was very proud and happy. Felt like a grown up. 

A bit fussy during the night. Nursed a lot the later half. 

2/7/2016: 2 big poops, walk in the mall, runny nose

5 hours without nursing after sleeping but then nursed every 2 hours until morning. Big poop. Had had mild runny nose since returning to school

For 2 days but geting worse.

Had a good day. Only 2 short naps. Mom went for a Montessori seminar. 

In the evening had a bath with dad and stroll in the mall

With parents because it was raining. Fell asleep on the way back.

However, turns out he pooped in the stroller and dirtied everywhere. Had to wash him. Took 1.5 hour before he can sleep again. Difficulty breathing with runny nose.

1/7/2016: night poop, meningoccal B+C vaccine

HPooped in the middle of the night but kept on sleeping even when mom changed diaper. However started crying when he sensed mom about to leave the bed.

Slept well from 8-7:30 but nursed a lot.

Had a good day at school. Mom and dad picked up early to go to Vabiotech for vaccine. Boom

Had fun there and was very brave. Ran iut of gas on the way back, dad had to walk to buy gas. Was a bit fussy on the way back. Got back late. Had dinner, short walk. Fell asleep after nursing and comfort from mom and dad. Ate and drink a lot.

Getting chubby again. Eats and drinks a lot.
