sleep well for long naps

Long morning nap but woke up and had to be held for 30'

However in the afternoon stayed up for 3 hours and did not nap between 2 feedings

Late afternoon nap mom

Had to hold for 1 hour so mom did not get any rest. Tried putting down once but cried, 2nd time slept for 30' more.

Poop so big most of the time had to wash

Now had a habbit of pooping after meal in the chair or stopping between feeding. Does not poop while eating anymore.

Can stretch 3 hours between meals which is a miracle

Does not cry so loud and when wake up not so hungry, quite calm

Even managed to play and poop for 45' after waking early before eating

Like patting and sushing

Daddy gave bottle at 3 but wouldn't sleep for 2 hours. Mommy had to nurse to sleep and lie with Boom for 45'

Boom only eats for 13'

Miracle: fall asleep on his own for morning nap and afternoon nap

Slept much better than yesterday

Time between meals 2-2.5 hrs

M got some time to post rao ban Tan Mai and got short nap

Boom made in Tan Mai but never been, need to visit some day

Not a good day

Boom sleeps much less and only sleeps if rocked, would cry or wake up early if put into the crib. Mommy would hold Boom for 45-90 minutes nap

Boom would not fall asleep after nursing anymore

Time between feeds about 2.5 hours, worse than yesterday but still big improvement compared to average

However, routine was EAES which is actually eat, poop and play and eat again before sleeping

Mommy so tired, got absolutely no rest today

Boom wears 3-6 mos shirt from grandma Hang and almost worn out

Weather is cool today so no aircon needed

Daddy did not come home for lunch

Mommy read news, Toto-chan and Baby whisperer to Boom while nursing

Boom mostly enjoys the infant chair to digest milk and poop

Can play in baby gym for a few minutes before getting frustrated

Played w daddy an hour before bath so mom can rest

Enjoys swimming in the bath, hates after bath ritual, keep crying until fed

Took a long time to sleep at night, mommy had to feed again
