Last night had 2 medium stretches: 4 hours and 4.5 hours between feeds. Night stretching still no improvement and unpredictable. Some days he can sleep longer, sometimes not.
Last night he did not poop so he pooped 3 times in the morning. Woke up smiling and played in the crib with the mobile for a long time.
Had to move to nursery again. Ms Lan was able to feed 70ml with Pigeon bottle which is a big improvement. Had a short nap. Was fussy all late morning, couldn't get him to sleep in the crib despite falling asleep and licking his hands everytime mommy picks up. Mom had to feed again after 2 hours because 70ml is too little for him.
Pooped in his pants for the first time because the diaper was loose. Did not fall asleep until 1. Ms Lan had to comfort for a long time. But took a 1.5 hour nap with Ms Lan so mom also got to nap.
In the afternoon napped again on the nursing pillow after mom fed. However woke up right when put into the crib. The same thing happened again during dinner feed.
Woke up, played with Ms Lan while mommy showered. Ms Lan gave a shower, mommy fed. Fell asleep but woke up when put down. Pooped. Took daddy awhile to get to sleep.
Mommy gave dreamfeed at 8. Slept on daddy's boddy for awhile before going to the crib. Made noises at 10:30 so mommy dreamfed earlier than intended 11pm. Daddy changed wet diaper (use the size M for nights) and comforted a little before putting to bed.
Conclusions:
Sometimes in his sleep he would open his eyes and look and mom and dad and smiled and closed his eyes again or mom and dad would be talking and he would smile in his sleep as if listening to the conversation.
Fussy in the morning. Usually only take a short nap early morning and not sleep again until noon. Sometimes mommy had to do pick up put down 5 times and he would sleep when pick up and wake up again when put down.
Fussy in the evening after bathe and dinner.
Falls asleep soundly on the nursing pillow but wakes up right when put down on the crib.
Usually cries loudly before falling asleep.
Likes jiggling toys but gets bored after 10'. Likes looking around when carried around the house.
When he is about to get up he would make faces and stretch his arms and legs, kicking his legs up to the ceiling.
His body is wide and firm. He looks like a square.
Finger nails had to be cut twice a week.
