Mom fed Boom at 3AM while lying in bed, only 3h30 from last feed. Took off the fever path and put Boom to crib because daddy almost rolled over Boom. Co-sleeping is too dangerous. Boom slept well till morning but woke up early. Daddy had to take him to bed to continue sleeping and mom fed him at $.
The weather is better so Ms Lan took him on a walk and afterwards managed to bottle feed him 50ml while he is sleeping. Had move to Boom's room again due to construction noise but turns out that apartments on both sides and on top of us are renovating so there's nowhere to escape the noise. He took little naps in the morning. But in the afternoon slept the whole time, only eating and slept again on the nursing pillow. Mom thought he was going to doze off only a short while and was afraid the contruction noise will wake him up so let him lie there but he slept for almost 2 jojrs without wanting to get up! Mom was so hot and sweating and had to gently wake him up for a bath.
Had a hard time falling asleep again. Especially because daddy let him play the activity gym when he was already tir d. Mom and dad were able to squeeze in a supper quick dinner and mom had to feed him again at 7:30 before he would fall asleep at 8:30 (3.5 hours awake!). Had only one dreamfeed at 10:30.
Conclusion:
Sleeping too much during the day affects night sleep.
Awake too long = vicious cycle of sleepiness, overtired and hungry
No need to have 2 dreamfeeds unless he eats little or have an early dinner.
Always sleeps a lot during rainy days.
Bottle feeding still a challenge.
Maybe should not expect Boom to sleep through the night so soon as his digestive system is not developed and he still needs to poop in the middle of the night. He's also a hungry baby who needs to eat a lot.
