Sunday. No giup viec today.
Would have been a good night as Boom woke up at 3 as usual. Ate on both sides, however, maybe due to some movement or too much food, spit up everything into shirt, nursing pillow and mommy's body. Daddy woke up to change for Boom and comfort him, mommy cleaned up the mess and gave Boom another feed in bed. Maybe he was awake too long so fussy towards the end and would not sleep. Mommy tried sush pat unsucessfully but when handed over to daddy Boom slept so daddy was able to put to crib.
Boom woke up an hour later and would not go back to sleep, probably still hungry so mom had to feed again in bed.
2 hours later woke up again, daddy had to switch side with mommy to comfort and bring Boom to bed with parents. Slept for another hour before mommy fed again. Showed signs of spit up again so mommy put Boom to infant chair for awhile before changing diapers and put into crib. Luckily Boom fell asleep drowsy. Mommy had to do laundry because of the spit up. We'll go to TQT for the first time at noon today so will not take a morning walk. Daddy still sleeping at 9. Mommy barely slept last night due to the frequent waking and feedings.
Dady hang laundry and took out trash. Mom and dad reheat gà ác tần for breakfast. Feed Boom again before going to TQT for lunch at Mrs Huyen but took 30' to leave the house because Boom keep peeing and pooping so had to return to the room few times to change diaper, change clothes.
Boom is so big now so had to take out the insert of Combi carseat to make more confortable and also use searbelt over the shoulder for safety. Boom fell asleep in the car and slept a bit at TQT but woke up due to distractions. Played happily and was held by Ms Toan, Ms Phuc, grandma Huyen. Today was lunch with only Grandma Huyen, grandpa Binh and Ban Mai and Tan. Had salad, foie gras, baked scallops and spagetti. Grandma Huyen gave many food to bring home. Breasfed Boom before leaving. Had to change diapers 3 times in just 2 hours there. Boom start becoming fussy during feed and on the way home. Was fussy all afternoon eating small meals and napping 30'. Probably overstimulated today. Mommy managed a quick shower while daddy held Boom. Only started to have a proper nap at 4:45 after eating again. Today daddy will give Boom a bath after waking up.
Ms Bach Duong, cousin Bin and Mrs Huonf will visit this evening. Too many activities and visitors make Boom tired. Ms Lynn wanted to visit but could not schedule when we're home.
Boom had a long 2 hours nap, had to wake him up for bath. Enjoys his bath with daddy. After that tried to nurse but surprisingly he was not hungry and keep crying. Daddy had to comfort him to sleep in the bed together for an hour. Maybe he was tired after the trip today. Too overstimulating and messed up his routine.
Mommy got an hour to socialize with BD's family and ate dinner. BD gave money and some used toys for Boom.
After Boom woke up he was calmer and started nursing. BD, Bin, Ben and Mrs Huong came in to say goodbye.
However, maybe he napped too frequently and would not fall asleep nursing this time. Daddy tried singing and cuddling him in the bed for an hour unsuccessfully. Mommy nursed again and daddy rocked a couple of minutes before falling asleep 11pm. So tonight was a fussy night in terms of sleeping. But nowadays Boom doesn't cry much even when fussy. Slept well after that.
Did not have any chance to try the bottle today.
